He is a young guy who hadnt played much. He didnt look good in the bowl game and that is all we have seen. If he plays well tonight, I dont think we will hear anyone complaining. The opportunity is there for him make the job his own.

Hate to say it but JJ left a bad taste in our mouths, and Jennings didn't do a whole lot against Iowa to wash it down. But, this is a new year and I wish AJ all the best. And hope LM pulls a little trickeration and plays both at one time.

Wtf? The JJ "taste" only comes back when there's a black QB under center?

I fully expect AJ to have a good showing. He's young and only has a single start under his belt.

I agree. Make your subject more positive. Don't acknowledge these clowns.

AJ took the reigns as a true freshman also. I have utmost confidence in him as well as BH

That doesn't make any sense.

The best case scenario is for Jennings to light it up the whole season, stay healthy, and Harris gets a redshirt. I know this is unlikely...but a year gap between the two would be a good thing.

No, JJ was a running qb, who didn't have the skills to truly run an offense. And so far this is what we've seen so far from AJ. Get it. I would say the same thing if we had had a drop back qb, and he play like a scared JLee.

I think Harris has more talent too but that has nothing to do with who should start tonight.

I think what the issue is with people are Anthony Jennings hasn't taken the position. And people want a electrifying person like Florida state or Texas a&m QB. The problem is Jennings is more of a manager. But if you look at history the manager not flashy but gets the job done. That Jennings is a JJ with a better attitude.

We'll said. Honestly I'm more of a player fan than a team fan but I don't go around talking shite like "team" fans do. It shows there must be plenty of young people on here and others who are suspect because they want to see a melt down or they have a favorite player but can't express it with respect and class! I love it though. I wish these kind of people would talk as much as they like and work themselves up and others who are weak minded until there heads explode so then we will actually hear more meaningful post. Class is not something most fans have or even understand however I do like rowdy and loud fans. This team I have many favorites and I'm more positive and hopeful about the coaches and players from the top of the depth chart to the bottom than so called team fans. I have to say I actually lol a lot reading crap on here. The paid sites are hopefully not as bad. This one is more of a smack talking joke. It's not ment to have class. The board doesn't keep it clean enough for the serious followers so don't take anything said on here serious.

I don't expect Jennings to light it up like Mett but I think he can be a good enough game manager and make a few plays to help us crush inferior opponents and keep us in the more contested games.
