Kragthorpe being on the field is not a good thing. Stud was the mastermind of the bubble screen driven 1/9 and looks like he's gonna ride that one until the end.

It shouldn't surprise anyone,Miles says we're going to throw it more.
The throws he's talking about are basically an outside run, that's a super aggressive play for the Miles' big ten offense

As long as the execution on the play is good it's an easy few yards. It's not flashy.. but I'm not sure about you guys.. but I want the ball in Landry and Beckhams hands ASAP.. let those two kids make plays. They can ball.

No doubt,it'd just be nice if it was on the other side of the line of scrimmage

Sean Payton could spend his free time teaching Fatrawa how to run a screen pass but he is too busy gelling his hair for Bama games and giving UNT pep talks.

Bubble screens take practice with blocking and timing. It's good thing we are working on it. We practically never ran bubble screens with JJ.
They are also like a sweep in that they stretch the defense out sideline to sideline. You can also fake the screens and run a sister play/ draw up the middle. Something we'll need against Bama. Hopefully in some big games we'll throw a (pass out)of it trick play.

I foresee a pick or pick 6 from this play.

If they were 7-10 yards off the receivers then their D Backs are very quick because they were on us mighty fast. I am not trying to be negative here but I agree to a certain extent that we over did the bubble screen. I just don't see anything different from last year (with play calling). I know it is the first game blah blah blah & we don't want to show our plays (which I think is BS) but I can see a lot of frustrated people as the season progresses if this continuous. Again I know I will get blasted for this post but I got it off my chest .....nah. I will always pull for my Tigers & never Boo like some did last night.

Its called a fricking gameplan. Calm down. Ey, of they are aligned like this, run this play. It was a simple gameplan that got us 41 points.

The problem is,that's the only way we can stretch them at this point

not if the qb reads it correctly, it will look close from time to time, but that's the nature of the play. Same thing was said in 2003 when we ran it so many times.
