LSU is in a no win situation. If they beat Moo St, as they have for more than a decade, everyone will just say so what. If they lose, everyone will talk about decline and how great Moo St is. Experts never get held accountable for their picks. That is why they take underdogs.

I worry about tackling. We need to wrap up. Prescott is a big guy. If our linebackers do not wrap up, we will give up points.

I like the win situation if we win by 28 points.

I'm surprised at how almost every "expert" is picking State.

Not ONE has said Tiger Stadium gives LSU an advantage.

I plan to be there and when State has the ball, third and long, I'm yelling as loud as I can at the left tackle. We will make him jump.

Just waiting for Lou Holtzchzshzch to pick MSU. Then LSU is a 100% lock to win.

Seriously, I'm welling up. If enough of them pick the grinders, there's no way LSU can win, right?

I've yet to see a pick against LSU

59-26 was close till the 4th, and LSU socred 4 TD's and a FG to MSU's 0. Last year they had a wrinkle and we game planned for Tyler Russel, and they started Prescott, then Russel came in. Both had early success and threw for 250 yards combined. This year LSU game plans the D for 1 guy and as long as we contain that 1 guy, we win big. Prescott is a damn fine QB, but he can't carry the whole team for 4 quarters. LSU has lots going for it in this game, ALL the intangibles are in LSU's favor, I'm not worried at all.

ETA: And last year was in Starksville.

you don't know how many times I've thought of this. Lot of young guys on this team, lot of hungry guys who've never played an sec game. At home to a crowd of 100,000. Jennings first start in the SEC, Fournette's big stage to final blow up, Quinn, Diarse, Dural, Dupre, the offense could be rocking for this game. Defense looks great right now, and plays a decent offensive team should really light that fire.

People can say what they want, but I see this as Jennings breakout game. Perfect situation. Bad MSU secondary, great WRs, at home to a packed crowd under the night lights. I can see a 300 yard game.

well, if EVER there was a year this would be the one imo...

Same damn thing "experts" were saying in '09 and '10. Even heard some of that last year. Sooner or later it will happen. Just don't think this is the year with the way Chief has his guys tuned up.
