That entrance area as it is currently designed is a complete waste, especially with the new TS plazas across the street. So much could be done to better incorporate the PMAC with Mike's habitat and Tiger Stadium.

In the plans for the proposed old Alex box lot development, they have an "extension" proposed for the PMAC that looks like they have a building being added on to the North Stadium Drive side of the pmac. Pic below LINK to Proposed Nicholson Gateway Plans

Not sure if already posted but a new scoreboard is a must. Something that gives more stats than points and fouls.

I really like Pitt's Petersen Events Center.
Couldn't happen with the PMAC but if we ever built a new arena, I'd like doing something like that.
