That's just silly....you would take a first year college QB over a NFL QB? Nice troll attempt.

Not a troll attempt. A fifth round qb isn't gonna lead lsu to an NC. Lsu will go to a championship with Harris. Mett didn't even come close to sniffing an NC. Guy gets sacked too much. We need a dual threat to beat teams like Bama.

It's not like Mett is a veteran NFL QB with NFL experience. We might very well be better off with Jennings or Harris at QB. Look at FSU after EJ left. Winston came in and dominated.

Doesn't matter - he's in the NFL now and has been coached and trained by professionals. He's also practicing with professional players. He's on another level than college athletes...that would carry us to the ship.

We would have about a 95% chance to win the championship. Our defense would have to be pretty bad for us not to win.

Harris can definitely compete for a championship as well, but we would have a better shot with Mett.

He already has way more experience than any college player, and at a professional level! That would carry us, especially this year when there aren't a ton of experienced teams and the SEC is up for grabs.

Which qb has a better chance of beating Bama? Harris or mett?

If mett were playing for lsu in 2014 then he would have no professional experience BC he would still be at LSU. Your argument doesn't stick.

Sure it does. He gets to train in the NFL and play a few preseason games, then starts with LSU. He already knows Cam's playbook by heart.

Why you so angry? No need to bring religion into the discussion.

You forgot Mett had Bama beat in 2012 until the defense failed him?

Lol then refer to the guy above.

If he was still at LSU he would've never been drafted. You can't just get drafted, go through training camp with an NFL team and come back to college.

The only way this hypothetical works is assuming last year was metts jr year
