probably 18, considering where they are now and these dickhead voters, but if they do that to FLorida then 13-15 is where they really belong. If Miles changes the offense and throws his Madonna headset in the trash, he is still here but we are 5-0. Now that he was fired, the pollsters need to take the 2 games we loss by an interception in FG range and the need for 2 seconds on the clock, and then take the new season with coach O and say wow, LSU is still the same talent but now has a coach and rank them like they have only one loss. Lets hope we are the best 2 loss team among the power teams and ranked better than most 1 loss teams, then beat Bama and we win the SEC

Not gonna happen against Florida's defense but it doesn't matter. Few will be impressed with this game unless it just gets obscene on the score board. If lsu is to move up significantly in the polls this year it will in November

It depends on who else wins and loses, and by how much - and who watched which games.

Make whatever assumptions you think are proper outside of the one thing you need to assume which is LSU wins in the same dominating fashion as it did against Missouri.

Polls are irrelevant and worthless. A bunch of guys voting, who don't pay attention to the games other than the final score. Now with the playoff, polls don't matter. They're a relic from long ago. Ignore them all.

Whomp wooooomp! What an un-fun buzzkill. Go buy yourself a Christmas present or something.

If we go for 500 in the swamp against the #1 D in the SEC, I say we get inside 20, so #19!

Florida's defense has been legit outside of the 2nd half versus Tennessee. If LSU slams Flordia for 450+ yards. I think it will solidify that firing Miles was the right decision.

M l....so they come out with a new coaching staff a dominate both sec games they play in, proving it was coaching and now sky is the limit....but they need to become more consistent. Lol

I think firing Miles was the right call regardless of what this staff is able to conjure up in the Swamp. If they fail to be successful offensively, it means that Miles/Cam weren't the answer and Orgeron/Ensminger probably aren't the answer either.

You should coach them, then you could get your boy back in.

Harris?

Since Etling took the field when have I advocated for Harris to get the start? I may not agree that the gap is as big as others suggest, but I haven't argued that Harris needs to play.

but in all fairness,I don't see that happening against FL

It should be close. Florida's entire defensive front is out.

That would be great. We put up over 600 in the bowl game last year and started at 5 this year
