Cameron's contract expires in March. Alleva may not have the go ahead to fire Miles, but he calls the shots on renewing contracts. Cam stays thru recruiting, but after that he is good as gone.

I think everyone already realizes that. The contention is over whether or not we should try to do better.

Sounds like the sales trip to Florida was a dry run. Red Raiders # 2 pass attack better be the focus or we may witness a sideline melt.

What universe do you live in? Les will not win the west/SEC/etc. next year. Jordan Jefferson (version 2.0) will have a completion rate of 52% with 14 TD and 9 interceptions. Fournette will be out of the Heisman contention in November as in this year.

Any facts to base that off of or just wishful thinking?

Well his contracts expires some time after National Signing Day and there has been absolutely no talk about an extension. Alleva will not re-sign Cameron, that is plain as day.

We don't fire people. We just stop paying them when their contract is up.

Everybody's computers will blow up. The posi-Les bunch will gloat for weeks and the nega-Les bunch will whine and complain for weeks while they find ways to prove how lucky he is and he didn't really deserve it.

As for Cameron, I think I read that Alleva has said that Les picks his assistants. It was recent, probably in his interview. I'm not going to look for it, but be my guest. If so, if Les wants him to stay, he'll stay.

If I had a vote, I think he'd have my support. Definitely if you include Peveto.

Are you sure? I've seen and heard multiple media outlets say it was the end of the year.

Spring practice starts March 7. You have to have your offensive coordinator by then.

If Cameron stays through his contract, he will be OC next year.

Did your inside sources tell you that?

The story that was reported was that Franks was worried about LSU partly because Cam and/or Les might not come back. I did find that strange though.
