If FSU & Bama both crush Fla, we beat Aggies- who is ranked higher?

Wouldn't the Sugar Bowl still be obligated to pick highest ranked SEC team? Everybody not named Bama has at least 4 losses then - IJS, isn't it still a plausible possibility?

Sorry if my day-dreaming interferes with NegaTigers' desire to make Weedeater/Toilet Bowl/Shreveport put-the-team-down jokes...

8-4 Auburn or 8-4 UT would most likely be ahead of 7-5 LSU.

Auburn is 13 right now, FL is 15, UT is 17, LSU is unranked. We're not leaping all 3 of them regardless of how it works out the next 2 weeks.

Tennessee would be the answer here, unless they get upset.
We'd be 7-4, though.

Not sure how I forgot we lost a game considering what game we just played Saturday

Didn't realize Auburn was still that high; they've got another loss coming, though - and we have NOT lost FIVE games...yet.

Tennessee could very well lose to Vandy, meaning everyone else but LSU would have 5 losses, to our four.

I think Auburn and Tennessee only have 3 losses each.

Who cares? Two mediocre cfb teams with above-average defenses headed to low-tier bowls.

Who cares? Do we deserve to go to the Sugar Bowl? Hell no.

We deserve it as much as any of the other 4-loss teams.

But to answer the OP, Auburn would probably be ranked ahead of us and they would likely go to the Sugar Bowl.

UFag gets beat by FSU and killed by Bama. SEason over. JImbo moves to LSU, lure of the SEC just tooo much. FSU could match money but won't.

I do. And all true LSU fans who wish to see their team do well and be as successful as possible. Fans are in favor of any scenario or chain of events that improve their team's rankings and rewards.

As opposed to dipshits who think it's more important to lurk on message boards only to impress people with their snarky negative bullshite.

Thank you. Not apologizing for the P&G glasses, but feel a credible argument could be made for, all things considered, LSU still "passes the eye test" as the 2nd-best team in SEC...

We're all playing for 2nd place now, right? Let's bring home the SILVER!
