I think they will play well. They might win...small chance, but it could happen.

Friend of mine and I were texting yesterday about this. This would be a great year to go to TTown. I have absolutely zero expectations of winning, so it wouldnt be that big of a deal if we lose...but if we win......

I expect it to be as ugly as it's been in 20 years. I hope I am wrong.

At this stage, the three other game are more important to me. Cannot lose any one of those. Whatever happens this weekend is either expected or a great surprise so it's the last three that as a fan I consider must wins.

I don't expect us to win but I expect us to continue to play hard and fight no matter the score

Would be extremely dissapointed if we end up mailing it in if we do fall early

I would, but I guess there is always hope.

Some point to the current three game winning streak, but that came against teams who have a overall 12-11 record. Some point to the Alabama schedule as weak. Well, they have played five SEC teams and are giving up an average of about seven points a game and scoring 45.

Can we beat them or play it close? Of course, but it's very doubtful.

You don't know what to expect? Expect us to get our ads kicked by the best team in the conference.
If anything else happens, it will be a gigantic upset.

we need to see something that Les Miles wouldn't give you to justify replacing him with
Orgeron. We know Les epic failed on 1/9/12 when he had the best team ever. We know Les couldn’t do it the next year, or the next, or the next... Saban expects more of the same from this upstart cast-off coach and team.
This is where CEO and his staff can have the upper hand. Put something out there that Saban doesn’t expect and isn’t prepared for. Catch him and his team of devils flat footed. Then see. Then win!

I don't know why I am having this feeling but this is what I am thinking. I think we come out offensively and really have them on their heels. It will either be in the first half or second but not for both. If it's the first half we hold on in the second half for the victory.

LSU 23-20

If it's the second half we open up a tight game for a big win. Again, I don't know why I'm feeling this but I think we are due and not only due but due for a possible big win! I think our defense and special teams plays their asses off!

LSU 31-17

He was hired whether he should've been or not and imo he did one heck of a job last season. The team was 2-2 and in turmoil. He won the bowl signed a strong class of Freshman and hired Canada. The losses early were alarming but he rebounded with 3 Sec wins. 2 on road. A lot of teams would have packed it in. Sign of a good coach to keep everyone together and stay the course. The Bama game doesn't decide anything. We're not ready to beat the best team n the country. It's the 3 sec games after that. O needs to win 9-10 and close strong on the trail and I would Consider it a strong first season. Esp consider the issues he's had taking over as HC

will revert back to "GD! O should've never been hired!"

the last 3 games has not changed the fact that he never should have been hired

Even if he becomes the all time winningest coach ever anywhere, his resume was such that he should not have gotten any tier one job. That not a knock on O personally, it's just the facts of good hiring practices at top level football programs.

Here's hope O crushes it going forward.

what issues are those?

Continuity in the coaching staff?
Having one of the best DCs in the country on staff?
Hiring a highly-regarded OC?
Having a team with top 5 recruiting classes for years under Miles?

They're not going to outscheme Saban. Saban no doubt has had his shadow staff pour through every bit of film of Canada's play calling.

His kryptonite is DTQBs, not scheme. That's why he cannot adjust mid-game vs Manziel in years past or Watson last year. It's not scheme, it's personnel that gets him.

There is no doubt that the team will be up to playing this circled event, I just hope they hate Bama as much as I do.

2014 Arkansas was worse--123 yards. It was like Miles was trying not to score.

if we're sitting here in 3 years and we've won 10+ games more than once and won the conference then i'll change my tune.

sorry i'm not settling for mediocrity like half our fanbase.

I'm not afraid. I think this will be competitive and we'll surprise some... Including our own fans.

We'll be within 10. Hopefully we can test their hunger and you never fricking know then!!!

Also - Orgeron had his team ready for battle last year. We weren't good enough, but they had to fight... Really fight.

War Tigers!!!
