Watching him break tackles and go 71 yds on Sunday, while also returning punts and making special team tackles . Dude is one of the most underrated players in the league and not sure we ever fully appreciated him for what the grinder he was. Definition of a football player.

He is and was stud at LSU. He and ODell had a lot to do with making Mett.

A LOT of people appreciated him at LSU. Believe me. He is a lot of people's favorite tiger from the years he was here. I know he's one of mine. He was never the "home run" threat Beckham was but he had the most reliable hands I've ever seen.

He had the best catch ever by a Tiger against Arkansas (I think). Still not sure how he reached in front of the defender and caught it.

Josh Reed back of the end zone in the Sugar Bowl (I believe?) was the best catch. But yeah, I loved Juice from the moment I saw his high school tape.

Yup. Best catch I've ever seen. And Jarvis is far and away my favorite LSU player of all time.

I started loving Landry before he was a starter at wide receiver. He was an animal special team player.

Didn't he murder that poor kid from Auburn on special teams one year? Fell in love then.

He's probably referring to the ridiculous catch Reed had in the peach bowl.

I met him through mutual friends when we were sophomores, he's a really cool guy! He's no diva like Odell and doesn't get the spotlight like he does, but Jarvis has the better hands.

He'd be incredible with an elite QB like Roethlisberger/Brady/Rodgers, hell even Flacco. Tannehill isn't really impressive and Miami just can't get it done.

I miss Odell Beckham. Watching him Sunday night catch a 5 yard pass and bust one for 75 yards to beat the Cowboys while also returning punts and playing special teams. Dude is truly one of the stars of the league and I'm not sure we appreciated him while at LSU. Dude is the definition of a prima donna.

To be fair to those Offensive studs, our D that year sucked. Blew a lot of coverages. Lots of DBs with hands in the air as their men went passed them.

I loved that dude when he was blowing people up on KO coverage as a freshman. I told my dolphins fan friends he would be their favorite player and to a man, he's every one of their favorite players at least on offense. Landry and Cam Wake are the top 2 fan favorites

Dude was a 3rd down converting machine. Fearless going over the middle.

I would say we were pretty aware of the baller he was. Odell just got the attention nationally.

I don't know if that's his best catch against Arkansas, even - that 1-handed grab he made @Arky, before OBJ was even known for that kind of thing was always more impressive to me - although the takeaway from the Arky defender in Tiger Stadium was a 100% hustle/effort play on Juice's part - maybe a better "play" while the 1-handed grab was the better "catch"?

His freshman game against Auburn (we wore the white unis) where he stones McCalebb on not one but TWO kickoff returns was where we all started saying, "Hey - we got us a football player right here."
