I don't think the committee believes it. He said the games played should matter more than the eye test. Point was UGA was favored today and Oregon was favored last night. It's the record that should matter not whether the roster is healthy for the next game.

That’s 100% what it should be. He said it perfectly.
What’s the point of playing the games? If you want the most talented teams then may as well just put down Georgia, Bama, Ohio State and Michigan every year.

The problem is the committee is explicitly told to adjust for injuries

Booger’s opinion is cool and all but that’s just like his opinion, man

Booger watches college football throughout the year and is well-qualified to opine on the matter.

The same can not be said for the committee

He’s right, but he is also against a playoff expansion so he’s just bullshitting

FSU wins this game and they’re in. The second string will be back for the playoffs. He went into a tough environment in Gainesville and pulled out the W.

Booger is spot on. This isn't a beauty pagent. You can't make an argument that the "4 best teams should be in", because then it becomes a subjective, opinionated "eye test".

It has to be based on facts: Resume. Wins. Losses. Head to head match ups.

His theory is garbage. FSU is not a Top 4 team, but don't worry we'll give them a shot and get boat raced by UW so no one feels bad.

Records matter but when you lose your #1 QB and your 2nd and 3rd QB are terrible, that should mean something.

Power-rankings is a horrible method for filling a bracket.

Booger is right.

They put an undefeated Notre Dame in multiple times, Cincinnati in, TCU in, etc knowing good and well those teams would get thrashed in the playoffs.

If we were undefeated and Daniels went down, there is a 0% chance you’d be saying we should be left out

TCU is a prime example of why “the most deserving” team should not be in over a team with a great resume in a better conference

He’s wrong unless you got an agenda for not playing one of the better teams right now than FSU. To put FSU in would be a huge financial loss

Welll that’s because Nuss wouldn’t piss down his leg for 3 points against a mediocre Louisville team that lost to Kentucky.

FSU would be the obvious first team eliminated…

CFB fans deserve a better 4 team playoff.

They’re a prime example of how the committee has actually voted

It wouldn’t be Nuss. It would be Ricky Collins with Nuss coming back for the playoffs.

You don’t even know what’s going on

The guy starting tonight wouldn’t be starting in the CFP either. And you need to view this from the point of Collins, our 3rd string, starting, not Nuss if you want to talk about what’s going on tonight. We’d struggle to score too with Collins playing
