Nice stadium, big video boards

The concession stand line was a joke. Those sisters sure took their time.

Y'all see the line for the train after the game? Lol sucks for those people.

Stadium was awesome, atmosphere was amazing. Never waited once for a drink. Even snuck my whiskey in without a problem.

Not sure what train you were at, we walked right up and got on. All around great experience, wouldn't hesitate to do it again

No food/drink lines in the directors club

Stadium is nice

Stayed at the crowne plaza across the street from the stadium. Public transit is inconvenient and nasty.

I was chastised on this site for staying next door to the stadium. Was told I was an idiot for not staying downtown or midtown. I bet thise idiots are still waiting on the light rail

Te rail was a joke. Downtown was not prepared or ready to handle the crowds. The stadium had a lot of room In the lower concourse levels, but $10 beers sucks.

Had a good time, don't need to go back and I hate that there are servers, bars, restaurants that I would have much preferred to give my my money to than the places we went all weekend.

I completely agreed with wanting to stay near the stadium. We ended up moving to stay downtown and It was a nightmare.

Ended up spendin $60 on an uber ride to the game from midtown, then tipped him $30 on top so all 9 of us could get in then it cost is $120 with tip to get home.

BUT, our driver parked at the crowne plaza and walked to personally meet us and walk us to his SUV because he didn't want to get in the traffic.

There's probably still a line of people waiting for a cab in the green lot this morning.

Holy shite the cab line was like a quarter mile long.

I felt bad for those folks

Nice stadium, had upper deck seats but they were still great. Not a bad seat in the stadium really.

Concession lines went quick. Atmosphere was great. Heading over from downtown on the metro was easy and convenient. After the game it was an absolute nightmare....Houston better get that straight before they host their Super Bowl.

Overall it was really fun, and I had a blast in midtown

I disagree. The only time I used it this weekend was from downtown to the staidium yesterday around 2pm. It was a sweatbox littered with crackheads deodorantless weirdos. It stoped no less than 15 times amd took 45 minutes. That is not convenient.

On the flip, I took uber from hotel next to the stadium to downtown....took 10 minutes was clean....had no drug dealers sitting next to me ect...

Parking and traffic was SOOOOOO easy. Paid $30 to park in far stadium lot at 5 and there was a ~15 car line to leave. Never got in and out so fast at a game before.

This is the first legit test of light rail. Folks know the Texans and Rodeo deal, but a true traveling crowd for a big-time college football game was CERTAINLY a tremendous overload for the Metro system (who are essentially a bunch of idiots). Houston advertises light rail, but the truth is it is no where adequate. We rode it to the lot across 610 without issue because we left the game at 00:00 and walked briskly to the train. As some of the first to get there, the line was already looking big, and I can only imagine how big and backed up the line to get on the train was just 15-30 minutes thereafter. If it had been raining as predicted, then it would have been really interesting since there is no covering and it is a nice trot from NRG.
