I don't think we started playing A&M year after year until a few years ago.

Most remember, or have heard I'm sure. Point is, when things are headed in a negative direction, preventative measured are applied. We still can't find a QB, and that shouldn't be

Kudos to all you older fellers who know how to internet. I had to walk my mom through on how to turn on her tv the other day.

I'm 27 and remember the blue grass miracle.

I grew up a with USL alum parents and only started to become interested in LSU sports when Skip Bertman baseball camp came to Athletic park in Ponchatoula in '96 or so.

I was a Les supporter for years and often made this argument. BUT the beef on this board isn't about being spoiled and not understanding the past. People are pissed because they DO remember the past. They know how making a hire with your heart (Mike Archer) can lead to a decade of decline. Like it or not, that's what happened with O and people are scared we are watching history repeat itself.

" we sucked a lot more than we didn't "

We rank 12th all time in big time college football for wins. We rake fourth for The number of SEC football titles. We rank 12th for college football national championships since 1950.

Your Idea of sucking in college football is evidently different than mine.

I am 24 and I was too young to see LSU in the early 90s, so yeh, this is the worst I've ever seen an LSU team.

Winning is no guarantee, no birthright.

A lot of idiot mouth breather fans don't remember the bad days. They thought anyone could win at LSU. The board was rampant with idiots saying that any idiot could win with the talent LSU pulled in. Well, they were wrong.

How in the hell did anyone think that LSU could remain relevant simply by hiring a god damn cheerleader with a proven record of failure. Its unfrocking believable that anyone thought O was a good idea. CEO? I want to kick every idiot that thought that was a good idea right in their short little French dicks.

We did in the 80's. It was a great intersectional rivalry, way more emotion than we have today for a conference game.

I'll be 49 in a few weeks.
