have for Les if the season is a disappointment? Expectations are as high as they've been in awhile. I hope that the new blood in the coaching staff is enough change to help Les in those areas that he seems to struggle...ie: coaching up talent, diversity in offense, and making in game adjustments. TBH... I lost faith in Miles a long time ago but I am keeping an open mind because of additions to the staff. However, its all on Les to evolve and take team to next level.

If we go 8-5 this year, heads will roll. Big heads.

Wouldn't go this far.

We could have 1 loss and still not win this division and still be a top 5/10 football team.

But multiple losses and a fricking Outback bowl? There will be riots in the streets.

Les cashed in all his goodwill last season.

Hell, 10-2 with losses to Bama and anyone else in the West will probably put us in another pre-New Year's Day bowl. I'm not sure Les will be here next year if that happens. This season is big for so many reasons.

8-5 would be monumental failure. Don't see it happening.

When has LSU not coached up talent? Miles makes in game adjustments. Just see tamu last season. Now more diversity in the offense, I would agree.

there will be threads calling for Les's head if we are not up by 21 at halftime against Wisconsin

Should have been more specific with comment... I don't see LSU coaching up the QB's the last couple of years. JMO.

No one should consider LSU fans as being football intelligent.

I would like for people to fully grasp what Les has done while he's been here. He's been here for 11 years now. Out of those 11 years he's finished with 10 or more wins 7 times. 8 if McNeese doesn't get canceled last year. The 3 years he finished with less than 10 wins were '08, '09 & '14. You could take the best players form those 3 years and it still wouldn't come close to the talent on this 2016 roster. So you're correct. 8-5 or 9-4 this year will be the result of a monumental failure.

I think the offense opens up for many reasons. We were getting WR recruits because of the year OBJ and Jarvis had with Mett, now that effect is beginning to fade. For that reason, plus what happened to Coach Miles last season, I think they HAVE to open it up more.

Undefeated this fall, no worse than one loss. Too much returning talent.

Les could win the national title for the next 3 years in arrow and the Les haters will say "damn near took him long enough to wake up, almost lost his job in 2015. If he wouldn't of been sleeping all those years we could've won a few more. I'm tired of mediocrity. rabble, rabble, rabble"

If he makes a sincere effort to balance his offense and they still lose some games, I can live with at.
However, if he continues to be stubborn and run that basic offense and we lose, I think he needs to be fired.

i will be disappointed with anything less than a national championship because i have been led to believe we have the most talented team in the history of organized football and our coach is actually going to try this year because he almost got fired last year.

bullshite. Cant let this one slide by. Nothing personal against Miles. Just think he is not meeting expectations for what he gets paid. Hope this season is different.
