I used to more so. A lot has happened in my life over the last 6 years or so. After seeing several family members pass away and seeing others I care about lose their jobs, I have come to realize that it's just a game. I was most miserable after both 2012 Bama games and 2014 Bama games for a few days.

I hear ya but ya gotta wonder what that idiot was doing all alone amidst a group of Gumps. He's lucky they didn't mistake him for one of their cousins. He'd have woken up with an azzhole the size of the Lincoln Tunnel.

Pretty much this. No one talks to me for about an hour after a loss. But after that, I'm aight

Two BCS National Championships have taken the
monkey off my back. I used to get depressed
after a loss and thought I'd never experience
the high of winning a national championship.
No more...been there, done that. Everything from now on is gravy!!

Well, it's not life and death.

It's more important than that

Got back to the hotel and read all the shite ULL fans were saying, deleted my Facebook.

I invest a lot of emotion in the Tigers. But I would never let anything a ULL fan said affect me in any way. I mean its fricken ULL for Christ's sake.

Like most have posted in here, I don't invest as much as I had in 2011. I try to control most of my feelings and do a good job of not worrying about it as much a couple hours after a loss.

Way too much, I am trying to change this. It is the difference between a good and bad week. I can handle a loss OK as long as it isn't for some bullshite reason or a game we just gave away. We've lost a bunch of games to better prepared teams who weren't necessarily better teams.

I used to be way too over the top. Never broke anything, but thought about it a few times. Now with typical life responsibilities, I have a bit more proper perspective. I don't get all surly after something bad happens, I just sit on my hands and sigh. I look forward to the games like no other...watch the games while pacing the room doing superstitious stuff/waiting on a probable heart attack, but now when we lose, Sunday is just a bummer.

I feel that I act appropriately. Everyone else I know including my wife thinks I take it much too seriously but what do they know?

I revel in wins.

Losses, I get over it within 24 hours.

I enjoy the wins. I've managed to shrug off the losses most of the time.

I won't get over 1-9-12 until LSU wins another national title.

Amen to that. I'm an extremely calm person, but LSU has made me cuss and threaten people I love. And break stuff that doesn't belong to me. It's pathetic but I lose control.

Not anywhere near was I used too. The past couple years just did me in. I knew when we would lose. The play-calling and trends were so obvious.

A lot. I don't break things or anything like that but I'm very passionate about the Tigers.

I don't do losses well. I know it's going to happen, I just want as few of them as possible.

I'd rather go somewhere after a game reliving the excitement than redoing a bad game in my head.

This, and well-said.

I'm still really nervous at LSU games but I only go to one or two a year.

No residual effect throughout the week either way.(win or lose)

The Saints are the same way for me. I started my fandom in 1970 and the boil got lanced in the 2009 season. My Saints season tickets are more of an investment to me than a fan tool. I go to about half the home games and a couple away games.
