That's basically what the university is challenging here.

I've seen people on this board every year say that a game featuring kids is the most important thing in their life... that they would die for it.

Welp... guess it's time to test that, right?

...or y'know... you can stop being afraid of needles and mask that fear by clutching onto muh freedoms.

Or just get a test. No needle necessary!

Louisiana has the dumbest residents and by extension football fans in the country. It’s undeniable at this point. Decades of our best and brightest leaving the state has lead us here.

We heard this statement from this crowd for nearly a year while things were being shutdown. Now they are being asked to get a shot OR take a free test saying they don’t have a virus and they are fricking terrified.

Not as much as I used to. I am not getting the vaccine for many reasons and I am not going get tested just to go to a game. I will gladly watch it at home with my family.

The logic behind all of this is BS.

I did that once and knocked over a lamp

ETA: it was a big lamp. Very heavy

You have a greater chance of dying in a car accident on the way to the game than dying of covid b/c attending the game..

I love LSU football so much that I’m going to get a Covid test each home game and I’ll be sitting in that stadium unvaccinated with you. How about that. frick you and your vaccine.

Same with Chicken Pox, but I'm sure you're vaccinated for that... else you wouldn't have been able to go to kindergarten.

Anger and fear are not one in the same. Most of us believe these entry requirements will lessen the number of people in tiger stadium. If they also limit or restrict tailgating, it will severely hamper many fan’s enthusiasm and desire to go to the game.

I’m angry that the decisions being made will dramatically retard the gameday atmosphere I’ve grown up loving and very much look forward too. As of right now i still plan on going. I want to see actual tiger stadium again. If they kill tailgating by placing significant restrictions on it, I’m out

I've seen some of your posts and I've always thought you weren't bright. The fact that you think people are afraid of needles...says it all.

There is no logic. The OP is openly stating he would gladly trade his freedoms to watch a football game.

Think about that. People in this country are so comfortable and out of touch with the realities of 99% of the world it’s pathetic.
