Everyone's jerseys were soaked at the end of the game. For those of you who went to the game, they showed UT's catcher putting on a dry jersey between the early innings. That heat must have been unbelievable.

He went through 3 and you could tell he was worn out by the end of the game.

+1 on the Tennessee game in 2005.

The coldest in recent memory had to be that game against Alabama when we lost by 14 or so at home.

was it worse than the tennessee game in 05? talking football. that game was miserable.

Yeah the heat and the way the game ended make that my worst LSU experience.

+1!!!

I had a 3 hour drive after that game with a car full. It sucked bad! We all felt nasty, needed showers, and were in a bad mood. That was a long ride back.

hear index last note was 107 at gametime. High yesterday was 95-96 degrees. High today supposed to be 98 degrees, so heat index will likely be 110 or more. Trust me...it is friggin miserable. I just hope there is a little breeze. Also, sun doesn't get down here till past 9:00, so a 6:00 start here is more like a 4:45 or so in BR.

Yea I gotta agree that A&M holds the record for me for dangerous heat levels.
Folks passing out, they didnt have enough staff to handle the conditions.
That stadium at A&M is like a large concrete tomb.
Nuff said.

yeah. never got over that one. I still say that game against USL in baseball in 02 was the worst. Had tickets to the rest of the regional and I said screw it.

that wasn't as bad as the auburn game when tiger stadium concessions ran out of water. seems like i recall the temp being 106 without heat index.

A&M 95 hands down for me. didnt help that i was wearing a full wool band uniform plus hat and carrying a 15 lb baritone. not to mention the pep band was crammed into a tiny space.

Didn't we only when that game 5-4? In other words, nobody was leaving early

no, we got our arse kicked that day. We won the next day, the Sunday game was the one where Pontiff gave hell to the cajuns.

'95 A&M game was the hottest sporting event I ever attended. A girl sitting next to me melted during the game!
