I hope Griffin wins. Kid deserves it IMO. I just hope TM7 can make it to NY. He deserves that as well.

If i had to guess it would be
1.Griffin
2.Richardson (Not my opinion, just the rest of the nation
3.Honey Badger
4.Luck
5.Ball

Does anybody know if they're taking 3 or 5 this year? I know they took 5 a couple of years ago.

Are you really doing this?

If not, I have time.

Just need to know how much each vote counts.

I wish the voters would suspend the heisman voting until after the NC game. If either TM7 or TR have a huge game it could sway alot of voters.

But IMO, there are soo many great players this year its almost impossible to pick one Heisman winner.

Just make a rough system up. Were being ranked 1= 5 pts, 2=4pts etc etc.

Trent Richardson will probably win it, but Mathieu should be invited.

It all depends though bc if 4 and 5 are close enough in "points" they will make it to NYC. If the 4th place guys isnt even close to 3rd then they will only bring 3. Same thing goes with 5th place too

yea you're right. that is what he said.

I take that to mean Baylor just won the first heisman, as in I won it, and Baylor claims it too since I went there.

Kind of like how Bama gets a heisman when Ingram won.

Guess it's just a difference of opinion on it.

I can't really hate RGIII. Dude is legit. What surprised the most about that interview after with Samantha Steele was when he said he doesn't want it to be about the money. Interesting.

How many votes are there? because if we can get it within a certain degree of certainty, there is money to be made on bets for sure.

It's illegal in Louisiana. And the original purpose of the stuff is not "smoking."

Do I think it should screw him out of a Heisman invite? Probably not. But check your facts.

RG3 (118) - 31, 11, 3, 7
Luck (58) - 7, 14, 9, 7
Richardson (44) - 7, 8, 7, 3
Mathieu (26) - 3, 3, 11, 0
Ball (22) - 2, 6, 4, 7
Barkley (6) - 0, 1, 4, 3
Wilson (4) - 0, 2, 0, 0
Moore (2) - 0, 0, 2, 0
Keenum (1) - 0, 0, 1, 0

I could clean it up a bit.
Right now it looks like.

1) RG3 - and pulling away,

2-4) Luck, Richardson, Ball
Luck is getting put on more ballots.
Richardson & Ball seem to be splitting the Rb vote.

5) Mathieu - is getting some 1/2 love and has the most 3rd place votes.

6) Everyone else - with Barkley & Wilson getting the most consideration of the rest.

Yeah, if this pace continues, it'll be a landslide. I don't disagree with that.

Alabama fans are going to have a fricking hemorrhage.

Just wait until after Jan 9th.

Monte Ball had more impressive stats in virtually ever category than TR (Yes, SEC Defenses played a role in that):
Yards, YPC, TDs, CatchAvg, RecTDs.
