Against that schedule I wouldn’t call this a rocky start at all. Means you are winning at least 2 of those 3 weekends.

I sure hope they're the real deal. I'm more confident about them making it to Omaha than I've been in a long time.
I just reserved my room for June 16-26.
If anyone is planning to go, start making reservations now. Some of the hotels I called have already booked all their suites (lots of rooms still available). Be careful what hotel you reserve. Some of the hotels I called don't refund deposits if you cancel. I reserved a suite in the Holiday Inn Downtown. I can cancel up to June 14th without being charged.

6-3 is far from a rocky start against three contenders for Omaha.

I like it. When you are trying to replace starters and figuring out your team, you don't want to face the top programs right out of the gate. In this scenario LSU is the top program. Beat your main competition early then ride the easier part of the schedule on the back end.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here…. But I don’t see this team losing a 3 game series this year.

That’s impossible. Teams crumble due to a lack of character, exposed by the weight of expectations. Teams with character are unaffected.
