So since a collective of horrible lsu fans are obsessed with bama, that means the program is in decline?

Ever since the Arizona game. We deserve a better head football coach that doesn't waste all of this four and five star talent.

What do Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, Texas AM, Texas, Nebraska, USC, Oregon, UCLA, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn St, Wisconsin, mich State, Miami, and Clemson have in common? Wait for it ......wait for it ...........................................................

They have all had losing seasons since LSU last had one in 1999, most of which have been since Miles has been head coach at LSU.

These are the only teams with longer non losing seasons streaks.

Oklahoma 1998
Virginia Tech 1992
Florida St. 1976 (On the field, 2006/07 NCAA vacated wins those season, im not counting that)

All of these teams represent the whos who in college football. I only present this for perspective, not pro miles or against miles, just to say at some point a losing season is coming. Could very well be this year. Every team in the SEC has had a losing season since LSU last had a losing season. Auburn was 0-8 in the SEC two years ago. Do you remember that they were irrelevant?

I hate losing like last weekend and yes Miles offense is offensive a best, but like him or not hes earned the right to let it play out. And if he doesnt change and the wheels fall off, we will have a new coach soon enough.

This board is like a 15 year old run away girl, full of drama and overeaction. Are we losing are swagger? Oh my god we are not relevant any more! Patience my friends Patience. I know its tough, it could be worse.

Its never as bad as it looks and its never as good as it seems !

And remember...

You Get More Miles With Les and Les Smiles With Les Miles!

(Dont show me this post if we are getting arse planted by Auburn and Florida)

Sry bro. Your retarded talking point is even more retarded considering lsu has more players in the NFL under miles than any other coach.
Try again.

why don't you check out their records before he got there

Tell me what OkSt has done since Miles left? Well, hell. I know you wont so:

A 12 win season (6 years after Miles left)
A 11 win season (5 years after Miles left)
A 10 win season (8 years after Miles left)

Miles never won more than 9 games

I count 10 underclassman, where are you getting 25?

I'm not taking about total players, I'm talking about juniors.
Alabama hasn't lost half what we have last 3 years.

What's the most exciting thing that our team has done on the football field recently?

I would have to say our two beatdowns of A&M, which, in the grand scheme of things, meant nothing.

I find myself asking "What if...?" way too much for us to be an elite program.

I'm seriously concerned that this could be 5-7 season without drastic improvement now

Les Miles would never survive a 5-7 season. I'm not saying he would be fired this year, but his seat would be very hot, next year. The sad thing is, it's not impossible for LSU to go 5-7, when you look at the schedule. Other than New Mexico State, there isn't a guaranteed win, the rest of the way. I don't think it will happen, but it's not out of the question. The offensive line, and defensive line, MUST improve.

there really aren't guaranteed wins once you get to the SEC part of the schedule. It's like that every year. It's not going to be an easy season by any means.

1. auburn didn't block any bama field goal last year
2. im assuming you're talking about the missed FG returned for the touchdown...and if you think thats the most LSU fans have been excited the past several years than you're delusional

I agree, but every year, there are teams that I feel LSU will beat. For instance, last year, Arkansas, MSU, Florida, ect, were teams I thought LSU had a legitimate chance at beating. This year, I don't feel that way, about any team left on the schedule (other than NWST). Granted, the old statement is true, in terms of not getting too high, or too low, based off one game, but LSU has problems on both sides of the ball, at multiple positions. That's a huge problem, and it's not something that's going to be fixed over night.

i guess there's no way he could've laid the ground work and built it up. did you even look at their records before Miles got there?

...it appears that we have a sub-par O Line, D line, Rush defense, Pass offense, Rush offense and Field Goal/Extra Point Team.

Losing a ton of players to the NFL early two years in a row means we have a very young team. A young team means there's a curve, and in 1-2 years they'll be a force to be reckoned with, but in the meantime these young guys are getting great experience, getting power, and building confidence.

It'd take more than a game, or even a season for me to lose faith though.

yep, and the facilities were shite, when Miles arrived. he defiantly deserves credit, for what he did at OSU.

I didn't read all 5 pages, but I recall the majority of posters saying before the season that this was a young team, this was a growing team, and that 2015 was going to be the year that they would really show their potential.

What has changed in the prevalent expectations, and why?

They sucked before Miles got there. He built them from the ground up into a pretty decent program. We have some spineless pussys in our fan base.

Whatever. You know exactly what I'm talking about.

The SEC championship was a few years ago, and that was nullified by an absolute beatdown and embarrassment at the hands of OFHC.

We'll let the season play out, and things could change this year, but if it progresses without any drastic improvements, it will continue being the most exciting thing that happened, which will be disappointing.
