Said it was crap, garbage, and there's no reason to buy a non-conference season ticket

That schedule sucks but Hanagriff is a huge bitch who thinks he knows more about LSU athletics than the LSU coaches do.

home OOC opponents are appropriate to develop the team and players.
the complaint fails to acknowledge the needs of the team. Fans can go out and enjoy college ball and root for the guys. Enjoy the game.
Wofford may win. I would not be the least bit surprised.

if they are not jelled and ready then
Wichita State and Louisville will mop the floor with LSU in the Bahamas.

The home OOC schedule is garbage but no reason to load up in an obvious rebuilding year.

Well when you need to make the NCAA tourney to keep your job, I dont think this was the best move. JJ cant afford any bad losses with that schedule and must win 12+ SEC games.

The home slate isn't good, but between the Atlantis tournament, at Wake and at Texas Tech it's not bad as whole.

eta: never mind

With a radio show so people tend to think he knows more.

Wake is horrible and Texas Tech will be rebuilding. The Atlantis tournament won't mean much when we get smoked in every game there.

Yeah, you're right. I stand corrected. I knew they weren't good, but didn't realize that they were that bad.

Yes it is. I posted Vandy's OOC schedule as a comparison. We both finished 19-14, 11-7.

They play 7 teams that finished below 100 in the RPI last year. We play 2...

And we lost to them last year. At home. At full strength.

Wake's RPI was 159 last year. That's not a bad game to have on the schedule at all.

There isn't a single OOC home game I want to see

We lost to them at home. They were 11-20, 2-16.

Again using Vandy as a reference point. They played 8 teams with a better RPI than WF. We played 2.

Correct, beating a 159 RPI team isnt the worst thing in the world. Losing to one that goes 2-16 in their conference, is very very bad.
