Oh, and the 2011 Offense is 5th all time in yards gained. Just amazing with all those short fields.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. That's total yards over the course of FOURTEEN games, you complete dunderhead. That's at least two more full games than the vast majority of LSU teams have ever played. And one more game than all but two LSU teams. Jesus. The statistic means nothing in context. When I talk about instances of blind stupidity, this is exactly what I am referring to.

What is a juggernaut to you?

One that doesn't rank in the bottom of the national rankings in yards per game. You can keep dredging up nonsensical arguments, or you can just admit the simple truth: the 2011 LSU Tigers had a mediocre one-dimensional offense that was carried by an elite defense and special teams. There is no debating this.

14 games- Out of the ordinary thing that happens when you field juggernaut offenses.
The 312 enjoys those old 10 and 11 game seasons, that leave his holidays free of football worries.

Same amount of games as 2003, comparative on D and ST, but more points in 2011 though.

I thought you couldn't wait to come back here after the TCU game to laugh at the LSU offense that you claimed would be exactly the same as the year before.

I guess the joke was on you or maybe you are the joke.

Seeing CLM fail is more important to some of these guys than seeing LSU succeed.

I'm almost shocked at how much of the playbook appears to be just like last yr. the plays are being executed way better, but they look to be the same stuff.

Our pass routes last year were many five and outs that couldn't be advanced, receivers all in the same area, etc. Mett is also better with his actual fakes on play action passes (something I heard him say Cam worked with him on) as well. The offense works with his strengths this year (which is going downfield more instead of throwing near the line of scrimmage). That's the biggest difference. Bama was one of the only games last year where we really opened things up consistently during the game and went down field often.

I'm a miles supporter but it is silly to imply the offenses scored all those points. I mean the offense in 2011 was really not impressive at all. We had a lot of defense scores, tm7 turnovers, long arse brad wing punts.

what the hell are you talking about. We had one of the premiere qb's of all time, JJ MILES.
