I know we gave up a good many yards in the second half, but they threw a lot of passes. We were giving a little bit of room on some of the underneath stuff, but I didn't see one blown coverage or one uncontested middle or deep throw. Dak was very accurate in the 4th quarter and receivers made good catches. Wouldn't trade our secondary with any other.

I agree, our secondary scaled back in the 2nd half though, they played an over zone and gave up alot of underneath routes. You are correct though, no big plays downfield.

Tolliver did release a receiver and Adams was late getting over and it resulted in a big gain. Not sure who messed up, but it was the most obvious blown coverage of the game that I saw. There was a wide open tight end in the middle also. However, most yards were gained on difficult to defend quick passes that were well thrown and well caught. Sometimes you just can't stop good plays.

You must have missed the 2013 season when the definition of an open receiver was more defined.

Good point. Jalen Mills arm waving still gives me nightmares.

Might want to edit you title before the thread gets anchored.

Anyone notice the play where Toliver was late getting over to cover a WR that was lined up in the slot. Dak ended up throwing it to him on what looked like a deep corner route, Toliver was step for step with him and appeared to get a deflection on the pass.

And the many balls that were simply batted down instead of picked.
