Sure we've had bad losses and played absolutely terrible at times but the way the team picked it up down by 20 today gives great hope for the rest of the season. I can see us winning against Ole Miss, Arky, Tennessee, and A&M. Leaving us at 9-3.

Right? If we play like we did in the 1st quarter we'll lose out. If we play like we did the 2nd half we could give Bama a hell of a game.

Eh. Who knows? Remember beating Florida in '97 and losing to Ole Piss the next week? Only beat Vandy 7-6 I believe the week before UF. I think we are kind of somewhere close to that.

Eta: Not that team, but maybe the consistency.

Young teams tend to be Jeckyll/Hyde.

Coaching needs to step up. And your guess is as good as mine.

We should be able to win the rest other than Bama but no SEC is a lock for a win.

Ole Miss will be a test

If we play like we did in the 1st Q, we can easily lose all of them. Play like we did in the 2nd half, we should be in good shape. It all depends on what team and coaches come out that day

I don't know what to think... i just know that watching the second half was the most fun I've had watching a LSU game in quite a while.

Look this is the best game LSU has played so far this year. It isn't sane to think that this performance will be repeated in every remaining game.

Win all but Bama and end up 9-3. Heck of good year 1 for losing A dozen players to the NFL and pasting 20 freshmen.

Why not? Getting healthy. Key and the freshmen will only improve as the season progresses.

We are good enough to beat a few SEC teams. I think we can play with anyone, but man we are inconsistent on both sides of the ball

team is going to have to keep playing over their heads considering the lack of depth and key injuries to the o and d lines. But with the heart they displayed this week and last, combined with the solid coaching on display, I expect more good things to come this season and greatness going forward past this season.

Whatever they said at halftime worked. This seems like a turning point of the season. Last weeks win seemed more like a "we can win this" this weeks win felt like a "we will win this" effort.
