His job is to win the division and then the SEC title.

How's he doing lately there, Skippy?

I can see losing today, but to that swagcopter led team? I don't know about that one.

That's far from his only flaw! Geez, have you people been watching any of the other games over the last 10 years!

Not being able to beat Alabama isn't a cause, it's just a symptom of a bigger problem.

Nah, man. I know that our same game plan against Bama hasn't worked in the last 5 tires, but one of these days we're going to beat Bama 9-6 again. It's going to happen, just you wait and see.

Who says that is his only flaw. Furthermore, because LSU in the West with 'Bama, he has to be Saban often to accomplish anything in the SEC. What else does Game Day need to know?

Miles' only flaw is he refuses to gameplan differently based on the opponent and never making adjustments. there are no surprises, ever. every coach knows exactly what he is going to do on offense. this works against most teams because our talent is superior. this is why we have ugly wins all the time. this is why we lose the majority of the games we do. honestly, it's pure arrogance thinking he can just roll out there with the exact same plan week in and week out every year and trying to just run through everyone with absolutely zero creativity. it's not even an offensive coordinator issue because we've seen the exact same crap regardless of who is calling the plays.

he is 1-2 vs a coach that is way under 500 in the sec

And but for a Anthony Jennings prayer to Dural would be 0-3 vs Bert.

Is that Miles, only flaw?
* Can't beat Alabama A N D...............

* Runs archaic 1950's style Offense.

* Will not let his OC's have control of the Offense.

* Recruits QB's that are only capable of running a simple 1950's style Offense, that can't throw the football and are not SEC Championship caliber.

* Doesn't prepare team for big games multiple times per season.

* Multiple big game coaching fiascos per season.

* Doesn't pay attention to details

* Stubborn to a fault.

* Poor at making in-game adjustments.

* Hires too many BBQ Buddy's as assistants.

* Former Offensive Lineman and he can't consistently recruit SEC Championship caliber OL's.

* Incoherent rambling speak during most interviews.

* Too nice a guy. Nice guys don't win many Championships.

* Looks ridiculous in that white "Train Engineer" cap

Les Miles is perfectly fine for consistently winning 7-8-9 games every season and going to a minor Bowl. (If that is your goal)

Not so fine if winning the SEC West/SEC is your goal every year.

Is that enough or shall we continue? We got more.........

actually he recruits great QBs but doesn't allow them to play to their strengths, but instead sets them up for failure by running his archaic 1950s offense with no creativity in the passing game

They also all picked us to lose today
not true.... Desmond Howard said that he thinks LSU rebounds and wins this game. Corso said lose, Kirk said he thinks Ole Miss will win but then he picks LSU to win...

WTH are you watching or do you have a listening problem?

since 2012 in SEC 19 W 11 L... that's not good.

Kirk nailed it, called Miles "stubborn" regarding his offensive philosophy

Stubborn??!! Or do you mean MANLY-MAN DAMN STRONG OFFENSE!

Miles's offense is FOR MEN ONLY. If a pussy is too weak to appreciate that, then, let them go pull for Arkansas, since they appear to know how to beat LSU with regularity.

Cn't beat Bama is onl one flaw, other flaw is bad old timey offense philosophy. so has two big flaws. Have to overcome the 2nd one in order to accomplish the first one.

Why in his tenure here have we not had a QB?

Because 1 got kicked off the team and one is still developing now. Mett was here for three years. He's more LSU than anyone else. The biggest issue at QB was he relied on a guy who was not highly rated out of high school in Jordan Jefferson so that's the kind of play we received. Lee was more highly rated, but lost his confidence and the coach's confidence when facing Alabama and Auburn (hell, any team with a stout defense).
