Free refills are like licking the floor in Tiger Stadium

With the advent of free refills, I hope everyone likes sharing the germs of everyone in the stadium and licking the bottom of their shoes, cause they are just dipping those nasty cups straight into the ice. I might be drinking bottled water from now on.

From the section I got my drink from, I saw them using metal scoops for the ice.

Like clock work, we win, but someone finds something to complain about. 
People will put their mouths on other's genitals, but no way will they put up with their cup being dipped in ice after another person.

Lower section 301 (East side toward the visitors tunnel) has to be the most incompetent group of concession stand workers ever assembled.
I went to get a coke w 17:30 left on the pregame clock. There were maybe 6-7 customers before me. I missed kickoff and the first several plays of the Mocs drive.

They used a scoop on my refill, that's the concession stand closest to 412 (southeast), fwiw. Redipping used cups is nasty af.

I was in the upper 300 area and the concessions were pretty good. The girlfriend and I went to get drinks and some hot dogs and they had a huge line. The line was moving very quickly and we only had to wait about half a minute for our hotdogs.
