Leonard Fournette weighed in at 240 pounds, the heaviest of all RBs. The lightest? San Diego State's Donnel Pumphrey (176). #NFLCombine

Had been listed all year on the #LSU website at 235.

Fournette's father said a month ago that his son was down to 227.

Exactly, the kid will still be far and away the best athlete out there. When he ran like he did against OM at only 85% I was like what??? Freak

Fastest 40 time for a RB at 240 lbs is 4.53 fwiw

So they weigh on Wednesday and run on Friday.

LF will lose at least 5 lbs between now and when he runs. This is a common tactic by agents/trainers to get hype around the weight/speed. LF will be running at playing weight book it.

The Saints don't draft LSU players

Running a 4.55 would be insane at 240lbs.

If he runs a sub 4.4, it would break the laws of physics.

Some of the weight is fluid, they typically pump them full of fluids/electrolytes days before they run.

If he's out of shape, he should blame it on the he ankle injury slowing his conditioning down, lift, go through all the interviews an physicals, and wait to run and do drills at Pro Day.

Maybe a dumb question, but can they participate in pro day if they have signed with an agent? I'm sure most draft prospects would have to get with an agent by this point, so probably?
