Through persistence and perseverance some people can make themselves into successful athletes and some people are born natural athletes. Flynn is the first type, while RP is the latter. RP can feel the rush and has a natural penchant to escape, while Flynn feels the pressure, loses his poise, clamors up, and either gets sacked or throws an interception. His ankle injury notwithstanding, there is no way Flynn should have been sacked as many times as he has been sacked throughout the season. Sorry bud, but I call them as I see them.

If we had given RP the keys to the car before the season started we would be wondering where the car is. RP is not ready to lead the Tigers at this point in his caree. He can be a great qb one day but not now.

Well..in my opinion you're wrong. But we are each entitled to our own opinions.

Flynn over JPW is a joke. I think your entire post is a joke.

Flynn just isn't that good. We can win with him but he keeps our defense busy.

I don't know...in his first and only start he went 20 of 25 for 298 and 3 touchdowns! How many other sophomore quarterbacks had such a successful first start in their college careers? Further, before Miles stopped letting him pass in the games after the Middle Tennessee game, RP's statictics were making MF's look really pathetic. Hence, it was kind of obvious why Miles stopped letting him pass!

Russell won us 1 sec west banner. I don't know what to say about our passing game.Flynn is an average qb. Nothing spectacular. He isn't the great manager clowns keep saying he is. Alot of people forget this is his first year starting so he is going to make mistakes.

You need to go back and look at JR's stats against good teams with Bowe and Davis. Oh and don't forget having Addai the year before.

300 yards against auburn and bama the only chance he got........sure there were mistakes, but he remained composed and is leading a more productive offense this year with new leaders in the backfield and new receivers. he is winning and making plays when they count.

On the D that gave up 640 yards against ULM yesterday......if Flynn had played that game to pad his stats most here would not be suck asshats toward him

we had JR last year with better receivers and still lost 2 games...these strawman assumptions that go on with players and coaches is hysterical...

Flynn may make more mistakes than fans would like but LSU is 8-1 with him at QB and we've had 3 4th quarter rallies to win important games... If my team is behind with just a little bit of time left I would rather have Flynn at QB than any other SEC qb.. he may not be the best QB in the SEC but in the 4th quarter when the game is on the line hes clutch.

Let me say to flynn what stupid JR bashers said to his late game heroics, "The game was only close because of him."

Flynn not a top 6 quarterback in the SEC.
Lets face it guys if we had Jamarcus this season we would still be undefeated. The problem with Flynn is he does not have the physical tools and is leery of scrambling. Several times yesterday there were open lanes for a first down to scramble, instead he stayed in the pocket and failed to complete the pass.

Also his mental acuity is overrated in the last 4 games flynn has had at least one interception in each game. Sometimes his judgement can be questioned.

Anyway in the SEC I would rather have these 6 quarterbacks.

1. Tim Tebow
2. Erik Ainge
3. Stafford
4. John Parker Wilson
5. Brandon Cox
6. Andre Woodson

Say what you want about cox and wilson but they would do just as good if not better than flynn if they were the qb at LSU.

There is no joy in your life...is there?

You have nothing to do, and nothing to look forward to...do you?

Your glass is always half empty...isn't it?

You spend how many hours a day...23 or 23.5...worrying about what you DON'T have rather than rejoicing in and being thankfull for what you DO have...don't you?
