This program judges itself against nothing other than trips to the CWS. That's the standard. If you wanna gloat because you're 80m into a 100m dash and you just took the lead then go ahead.
I even mentioned how well we were playing and I've mentioned here this week that you'd have to be stupid or ignorant not to relish these accomplishments. But not realizing that May and SEC Tournaments ain't what we play for is just as stupid or ignorant as folks you'd like to jeer at.

There's nothing wrong with expecting excellence. It's the way fans act when they don't get it.
They act like spoiled little fricking brats. CPM is not gonna win the CWS every year. But that doesn't mean he should be fired. LSU fans want the team to go undefeated every fricking year OR want the head coach fired.
Which, by the way, equals a poor fanbase.
