I know it's well known among the fans, but the Windmill has become awesome and I don't think it's well known among the rest of college football.

Windmill?
Do you mean lasso before opening kickoff?

I'm gonna give Mrs. Rabbit a windmill this evening.

Are you referring to the Patrick Peterson windmill?

Yeah. You see it every now and then on long interception or kick returns. Every time someone does it, it's awesome.

That is no tradition, I'm not sure if you are being serious or not.

Is there another word for something memorable and unique to an institution that occasionally crops up?
I didn't think "shite that sometimes happens" was a great way of phrasing it.

A tradition is typically something done every game. There are many ints where I have never seen a player doing that. This is not a tradition.

Ok, then. Favorite thing that sometimes happens that other schools don't do.

Well I'll try to get this thread back on track....
My favorite Lsu tradition that's not well known to the rest of the country is the "H-style" goal post... I think we are the only school that is allowed to have it ...seems coolto me at least

when screaming during an LSU chant particularly after first town cheer the hand gesture is cool dude hanging loose pointing with pointer finger.

We've got 'Callin Baton Rouge', but we're unique in that we don't rely on piped in music. We have unique cheers for almost every salient event and many others that just seem to pop up randomly. Never been to a place with more unique, and quite frankly, intimidating traditions.
