I blame the bag boy at the grocery store because the prices are too high and the service sucks.

If you had any common sense, you may realize that Les has the power to get rid of "The Wizard", but has chosen to keep him around. Therefore, it is LES MILES FAULT! He's in charge, he takes the blame. Don't try to pawn it off on another coach when everyone "in their minds eye", knows that this debacle of an offense is Leslies fault.

When you make $3.7M the buck stops with you. LM is responsible for everything that happens in that program. I can understand a pass the first time things happen, but if he fails to remedy the problem then yes he is to blame.

I blame Miles' 1st grade teacher for doing a shitty job of teaching him to tell time.

I agree with you but Miles is the head coach...he's going to catch most of the heat...however wrong it may be.

Listening to the post game call-in show last week, Gordy/Charles both said that this is "Not" Crowton's offense. That Miles gives Crowton the plays to chose from and he has to call from those. So I'm not sure that getting rid of Crowton will solve anything.

Well, if we have 20 seconds left and no time outs down there on the 2 yard line, why was Miles trying to substitute all those players? The offense team on the field did not direct any of it.

The coaches should know when it is too late to try that.

True, but that isn't the point. I've been in surgical cases and you know what? There are a number of surgeries that I could do. They aren't that complicated AS LONG AS THINGS GO ACCORDING TO PLAN. Surgeons make the big bucks because things often don't go as planned and you have to know what you're doing and how to handle the situation when they don't.

Miles is paid 4 million a year to manage the game. He's expected to know how to call plays and lead the team in a 2 minute offense and he has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he can't do it.
