...did not read "whole article " ( premium site Insider ? ) Sorry. Only the stat line quoted by OP. Based on that. I say total Bullshite.

YPA is a good stat when you are evaluating whether the 400 yards someone threw for was a result of an efficient game or a nonstop barrage of passes down field. YPA on one player without regard to the total amount of attempts is ridiculous.

I didn't say it was perfect, just that it was more relevant than the number of games, which it clearly is. YPA is basically yards per target in this instance, and is used by all of the analytical sites for rating corners. There's no other way to numerically judge their performance.
