4 hrs, 7 min (291 miles)

If anyone has Coach Herman's email, fax number, or cell phone number, please send this image to him immediately.

Also, just depending on traffic, let him know he may want to take the I-210 bypass in Lake Charles.

Hell, I would tell him to take the 210 just to avoid that deplorable monstrosity they call a "bridge" on I-10 over the lake. I drive that drive often and always wonder when that thing will come crashing down.

I heard he was driving over but when he got stuck in traffic, he turned around at LA 415 and went back to Houston knowing they can build another interstate before we can fix the bridge traffic!

I've been perched in a tree across the road from Hermans house since Sunday with a pair of binoculars. No activity yet.

Also let him know he doesn't need to bring large duffle bags to deposit his checks, as I hope LSU does not consider him a $5,000,000 man.

I hate that bridge. I find myself taking the "scenic" route because of the "scenery" and not because that bridge scares the hell out of me.

I live in Houston and I would definitely help him move. Hell, I'd drive the moving truck!

Very awkward. Something tells me this just his revamped strategy for "picking up" girls.

I've got news for you guys. Unless something goes horribly wrong, our next coach won't make less than $6 mil. I think some fans need a reality check in what coaches get paid these days.

Freaking High Freeze makes what Les Miles was making.

Better make that 5 hours. It'll take him an extra hour due to BR traffic going through the one lane on I-10.

He'd probably turn around and go back to Houston.

Might want to fly him in via chopper.
