Houston's a nicer town ! why would ANYBODY want to move to BR to be treated like miles was !! Louisiana politics at its finest !!!

thinking long term and how these athletes were being motivated for careers, not just football, by miles instead of 'living purple-loving gold, is why he should've been kept on board long term.......any coach doing that is worth his weight in gold.....championships just seem to make us fans greedier !!!

Football brings national attention. This increases the strength of the entire school. Don't have the link but this was proven just recently with Bama and their last 5-6 years. Enrollment is up and that is always a good thing. It's not a matter of the fan being greedy so much as it is the school being greedy. It's a business and they want it all.

When is the construction the I-210 going to start?
I read this article LINK, and it says the construction is set to begin mid-summer (July 2016). I drove through LC on Sep 10 (didn't take 210, I stayed on I-10) and it didn't look closed to me.

Last they told us at work was summer 2017. Take two years

1. Houston is a city, not a town.
2. If you think the traffic is bad in Baton Rouge than you know nothing about Houston. It's 10 times worse there.
