This kid will be a gamechanger. Kickoffs, punt returns, sweeps, quick outs. Offense can be sick next year with the right play calling and imagination. Cam has alot of weapons and he can use each of them in a variety of ways. Qb issues could be hidden if play calling is improved and this includes getting playmakers such as LF, Dupree and Jackson the ball as often as possible. Its not rocket science...its playing to your strengths. Lets hope Miles and company understands this.

He's going to primarily be a CB, but Les has said that they will have some packages for him on offense and will def be a factor in the return game.

Kid is as dynamic as they come.

“They tell me I can come in and compete for the starting corner job right away and I’ll look to play some offense too,” he said. “I talked to coach Cam about that already. He wants me to pull up some packages for me to play offense. They want to utilize some big play skills and try to get a national championship.“

Him and Tyron Johnson. And Lynard Fournette. And Jamal Adams.
We are RSU. Return Specialist U.
And this is not counting Leonard and Quinn...

I also think Guice will be an option on kick returns as well.

And don't forget about Tre White on punt returns. His 10.9 yards per return last season was the best average since PP in 2010.

Packages again? So when he is in on offense the defense will know what to expect. You can never hide QB issues over the course of a season against quality teams. Just believe it when I see it. Les has to solve the QB issue or nothing else will matter.

When asked about how he would use Donte, Les actually talked about how he regrets not using PP on offense more, though you do need to remember about his cramping issues. So it seems like he really wants to use him on offense in certain situations.

I heard Les say this, but I've heard Les say many things. And I support Les, but believe things when I see them.

Right, before I get excited about D-Jax getting offensive touches let's see us complete a forward pass with relative consistency.

I'm sure CLM and his coaches understand this. The question is do they want to...

fastest high school player in the state by a lot. He is going to run past a lot of SEC players. What I'm jacked about with him is he is a football player who happens to be a great track guy

He will come in on offense for 2 plays a game and run a jet sweep on those plays. We call that creativity and fooling the defense.

Yea, I'm sure that they will be at your door first thing in the morning with a coaching contract. Your insights into the offensive game planning for next season will be a revelation to the entire staff.

Miles/Cam need to let the playmakers (of which we have many) on offense make plays. Right now the system we run doesn't do much for them. Don't change it, just bring it up to date, the way the game is played these days. Let Donte concentrate on becoming the best CB he can be and maybe return Kicks and punts (if he can beat out the other guys vying for the spot)
