Does anybody know about the Chicago Alumni Association?

Today I went to the site and it was all in Japanese 
Anybody have experience with the Chicago chapter? Was trying to get involved now that I've settled in up here

Do you have Facebook? The Chicageaux alumni page is fairly active. The Standard is the game day meeting spot, I've never been.

I've been to watch games there as recently as 09 and it was impressive

I watched a game with them at Gamekeepers once and they had quite a crowd. Hopefully they're still active and numerous.

Yeah I wish it was still there, Gamekeepers is right by my place.
Thanks for the link. You're right, it's been pretty active. I was thrown off because last time I went to the website it hadn't been updated in over a year and now it's in Japanese

Hmmm? Just saw what you were talking about on the site. Used to go often. Went last year for 1 game and it wasn't Gamekeepers. I'd take the advice and use the Facebook connection vs. lsuchicageaux.com.

Yeah I went to Standard today. It was a great environment. The only other alumni bar I've been to is Big Woodrow's in Houston and this was better
