Do you think they'll continue to experiment with the batting order into SEC play?

JJ experimented with the batting order until game three of the national title.

It's never truly set.

Anyone that has a “set” batting order at all in college baseball is a dumbass.

Neal will be moved up. He’s red hot. Would like to see Travinski, Neal, and Bear protecting White.

Nope. It's March 12th. The lineup is set for the year.

Skip used to target tax day to get his lineup set.

I’d try Brady Neal in lead off spot. Regardless he should be an every day player- catching , of, or dh.

Brady or his friend/family.

But not saying I disagree. No opinion. Just funny observation.

Like others have said, he'll continue throughout the season, especially the way he plays to matchups.

I doubt Kling stays at leadoff.

No, they’ll pick one batting order and whether it works or not they’ll never change it.

Here's what I'd like to see...

Milam 2B
Neal C/DH
White 3B
Trav DH/C
Jones 1B
Larson/Pearson LF
Bingham CF
Brown RF
Braswell SS

I don't think Jay is ready to give up on Kling, but he may end up being a late inning defensive replacement soon if he doesn't break out of this crap soon.

I also like Neal in the OF when Milazzo catches just to keep him and Travinski's bat in the lineup.

LSU is gonna have to win SEC games leaning on the pitching staff and manufacturing some runs and you can see Jay is trending that way with the hit and runs and stealing that run yesterday with the 1st/3rd steal and more attempted steals then last year. I do think some of the hitters will continue to progress and the team is capable of hitting homeruns as the offense develops. The pitching staff will keep this team in every game and typically Sunday games LSU can lean on the pitching staff even more when other teams might not have that depth outside of maybe Ark and Texas A&M

Baseball is too streaky to set anything in stone.

He tinkered with the lineup all last year. Even through the 3 game championship series.
