Do you keep Miles if he doesn't win the SEC West this season?

Is winning the SEC West the bare minimum that he needs to do to be back next year?

Of course we keep him because we want to show the country how sensitive we are to all the budget cuts and stuff.

Mac left
Stovall up and down
Arnsparger ok but did not stay
Archer up and down
Curly down and never made it up
Dinardo up and down
So from Mac it really took until Saban to stabilize the Program.
This can happen again and look where its happened the same.
I can handle 9-3 or so every year because I sit in Tiger Stadium when LSU went 0-6 in the SEC.

I can handle 9-3 some years but it's become the norm. 9-3 with a Music City Bowl isn't that exciting.

Honestly, with 9-3 he should be fired.

The fire Miles train will pick up full steam next month with 2-3 more losses to come. All aboard Herman train then...chutt..chutt..chutt...

Wait for the SEC games to begin. You won't find a lack of fuel toward him.

The Miles train derailed on 1/9/12, and has never recovered. Counting this year, he will have had 5 seasons to get it back on track. That is plenty of time, and more than fair for him to right the ship. He simply hasn't gotten the job done, and he was given ample opportunity to do so. It's no one's fault but his own that he has refused to make the changes necessary for improvement. It's just that simple. We are Miles away from a championship program. It's time to move on.

Mile's is gone. Nothing is going to change that. Coach O is the next head coach.

Just the 483rd post to ask the very same question. And that's being conservative.

For all these threads the general consensus now (finally) is that the old clown is in a gots to go situation.

We will be lucky to win 7 games this year though, so all this talk of winning the west, the sec or making the playoffs is just insanity
