I believe that Harris showed substantial improvement from his freshman year to his sophomore year. This leads me to believe that he will show substantial improvement from his second to his third year.
He completed 54% of his passes last year with a good TD to interception ratio. So, I'm convinced of the likelihood that those statistics will be championship worthy in 2016. The real question to me is, Will Harris come up big in the big moments? he has not shown that he can do that, so that is a leap of faith.

The distrust this board has in Brandon Harris is pathetic

Having seen this kid play throughout his HS career...I believe in the kid. He was just as good if not better than Dak in HS, even though they are different types of qb's. He got his feet wet last year, played through an injury in November and looked better in the bowl game after getting some rest(I know Taco Tech's defense was garbage). So was A&M's and we didn't do jack against them.
He will be better this year....fact. Get ready for a fun ride this year!

Past performance yields future results.
He'll be better this year if he's stays healthy. Plus he has real competition which is always better. Can't make diamonds with out pressure.

Because he and the offensive coaching brain trust have done so much to instill confidence THESE last two years. Have a rainbow. It's absolutely a question

I BELIEVE in Harris' ability as a QB
I DON'T believe in Miles' ability to implement (or maybe more aptly, allow) an offensive approach that caters to his QB's abilities. We'll see the same low percentage passes; predictable routes with only 2 WR in the pattern; and plays that force his QB to stick passes into tight windows rather than formations and routes that pop receivers free and give his QB easy throws.
Jefferson, Lee, Jennings, and Harris all had/have ability on par or better than several other guys who had decent SEC careers. I just can't believe that every one of them were terrible QB's that Miles just "missed" on. The only difference is that other coaches do everything they can to put their QB in the best position to succeed, while Miles' approach is to do everything possible to make sure his QB doesn't frick up. You can't be a successful QB if your role is just to "not screw things up."

I believe he will definitely show improvement from last year and I think that's what we all hope for.

I won't believe he's improved until I see him hit moving golf carts with giant papa johns signs on them. Everyone knows that's the true test of a QBs ability

I do not BELIEVE in Brandon Harris.
I HOPE he has a Matt Mauck/Matt Flynn type season.

Brandon Harris has given me nothing but shattered dreams.

I don't believe or hope. I KNOW!

He will be the best QB in the SEC this year. Two years of game experience and SEC coaching under his belt, a Heisman Trophy RB to take the pressure off, and so many weapons to use around him.

It is actually cheaper to go the casino than it is to go to LSU football. Instead of going to the casino and bet on red or black roulette, I am going to tiger stadium to bet on good or bad harris.
the answer to your question is HOPE.
