We expect perfection EVERY year then blame anybody available when we aren't quite there. Like Spears said. We are average. But On the cusp of success

I've been patient for almost 10 years. So has everyone else that goes to the games.

We're sick of "being patient." And we sure don't expect us to lose to a team we've owned for the last 20 years.

The pretty much dominated the 70's and mid 80's. We have controlled them since then, but the past 5 years are a coin flip.
Point being each team comes and goes.
I was saying your stat of not losing to them in Starkville in 20 years sounds like those statst they stretch for in espn commentaries.

rebuild? 5 days ago LSU was ranked No. 12 and was supposed to be a contender.

I thought the problem was the coach and not the players

You and I both got to watch incredible athletes compet heavily for a natty in the middle 2 of those 10 years and had numerous big name bcs bowls and 10+ win seasons.
Do you just want to be a Bama fan and compete for the natty every year?
I've been in the seats with ya man. It sucks at times but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

How can you disagree with facts?
Go look at the lsu miss st record books. Everything I said was true about the records.

First off, no. However I know we are better than we have been playing. That comes down to the coach.

Nor would I. This goes way beyond going to a simple football game for me. Which is exactly why I don't like what I'm seeing, so far.

I'm done. Good evening.

What did I disagree with?

Last time we lost in Starkville and we were ranked, the year was 1984.

The last time we lost there most recently was 1999.

Those are facts.

Again, good evening.

More excuses

O is a failure of a HC

Even if he mostly succeeds it will be on talent alone.

We don't ever lose to Miss St like that. Do you not realize what is happening? Lol. We are becoming Tennessee.

And no, we can ask for more than just settling for mediocrity...

Tired of just relying on talent to win, how nice would it be to have a great HC and an actual qb.

Oh well

And what if Miss st loses their next two? It's irrelevant. We have no business losing that bad to anyone.. especially them.

O was hired to improve on Miles and win more than 8-9 games a year, NOT "rebuild."

I wonder why you O pumpers are now so desperate to change the narrative?

GTFO here with this stupid shite, I'd be OK with rebuilding if we picked an actual HC, not one that supposedly would have given us continuity. His two big selling points from you idiots was continuity and recruiting. You can't walk them back now.

But keep in mind how new and different this system is than anything these players have probably ever seen.
At the end of the day, under this present new regime, does learning to play and execute at an even adequate fundamental football level now require a degree in rocket science?

Well considering how the only teams we've played prior to this game were juggernauts of football I suppose our #12 ranking was ill deserved too.

O's supposed draw was that he would provide continuity and that we would not have to rebuild. He's failed on that account.

Now we're left with his draw supposedly being his stellar head coaching credentials.

again if this was to be a rebuilding job, why did we want continuity?

this thing needed to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up with new people, fresh ideas involved.

this is akin to firing your contractor for incompetence and then hiring his assistant to take over the job.

Better yet, if this was such a rebuilding job why didn't we hire someone who has...you know....built something?

Collectively, LSU fans are incapable of this. Your post makes sense. LSU fans are quirky folks - they would rather lose pretty than win ugly. However, losing ugly is a cardinal, often mortal, sin.

We lost ugly. This melt will go on for weeks. AntifOs will be talking about this until the end of time.

It is what it is.

keep deflecting blame someone else. Weak arse society we line in.
Orgeron has NEVER PROVEN HE COULD COACH DUMBASS. Beat nobody with a ranked defense other than Louisiville and our defense won that game.

Wtf!
