Did Chris Blair call the basketball game and miss Poche's no-hitter?

Great waste of talent to have him still calling basketball, but it may be the only way to make it exciting at this point

Yeah I was upset when I got home from the first game, tuned into the 2nd game on radio, and didn't hear Blair with the sudden realization he is calling a basketball game.

I get why, but damn.

I don't.

Basketball is bigger nationally, but not locally.

Listened to some of the klsu guys do the Air Force Army game on Friday. Thought they did a really good job.

It sucks because this could of been the first real "signature" call of his LSU career.

klsu guys
Glad to see KLSU still gets to do a game or two. Radio needs a farm team, and more often than you might know, those kids move on up to real gigs. Many still walk (and talk) among us.

The radio call was so bad. They wouldn't say the score between innings. They wouldn't describe the play. I had no idea if it was a hit or an out. It's almost as if the radio guys assumed we were watching with them and didn't need any details. One play they literally just said "oh man". How the hell am I supposed to know what that means?!?

What station was it on?.. I turned it everywhere and couldn't find the baseball game. Only stupid basketball.

That would be so LSU to have him catch laryngitis from a lost cause basketball season and lose him for a great baseball run.

Thanks Alleva.

Gotta get him away from that dumpster fire before he catches the suck virus.

Surprised they couldn't bring Hanny out of mothballs for a night. Patrick Wright was with women's basketball team and unavailable.

Since Hanny severed ties with the LSU Network, he has become more vocal and outspoken about LSU sports. He has done his fair share of ripping Alleva and he was the most outspoken of the Cam Cameron haters. I doubt he is welcome on Network airwaves these days. Personally I like that he now has more freedom to say what he wants on his shows

I'd say Deichmann's HR in the Regional final last year was pretty "signature"
