He's back in school. One of my best friend's daughter has a class with him this semester. He sat in our section at the Oregon game and saw him being very accomodating to fans wanting to take pictures with him. Very likeable guy.

He was throwing the football with some people in one of those walkway areas by Hodges Hall and the Visiting team buses before the game.

Give the guy a break, he was instrumental in our Championship run.
Now, he did make some mistakes and blamed JL for some things, but I would like to think that was another Crowton causality. That offense was not well coached and many payers were misused as we all know.

Haha, he is trying to milk as much out of being a LSU football alum and I don't blame him a bit. He always hangs out at the tailgate we go to and he is super cool.

He was hanging out by the cheerleaders in the northeast corner for alot of the third quarter.
I made sure I was watching him when they showed the 4th quarter video, I wanted to see his reaction when they showed the clip of him making the one armed grab against auburn in 07.

I was on the field and took a picture with him and he asked me "Do you think I'm drunk?". Ha, ha. He is just funny. I also took a picture and talked to Ridley.

He seems like a nice guy, but he really got on my nerves in 2008. He quit on that team, but he seems to genuinely love the university.

Byrd clearly is not physically anywhere near his previous self. We noticed him doing the flags a few times - great to see. A couple of games ago (Kentucky?) he was messing around with the cheerleaders in the NE of the stadium.
I hope he's doing great things at LSU now and creates a future for himself.
