ties prob would have been a better word. he clearly would have some bias towards bama, he is from bama, was friends with the bear and speaks at bama booster club meetings for money. no way should he ever be in a booth for a bama game

What are his qualifications for hanging in the booth and when did have his eyes checked last? And why would the person named Hodges need help when determining a repley call would he not be qualified to the job alone?
The only way it will change is if the SEC member university Presidents overwhelmingly force Slive to make changes and the national media keeps hammering Slive

it's amazing that the idiots in charge of the SEC didn't see a problem with this. Let me guess, they'll say "but he is a Georgia Tech grad." We now know why they want it so hush-hush. They didn't want this coming out.

I honestly believe that Bama does not want this to go any further because they know that it was wrong for that person to be in the booth to begin with and that it might prove to show that Bama officials had something to do with him staying there once they knew he was there. They should have stopped and not waited on the SEC office to say anything. If they wanted this to be right from the beginning they would have made sure he was not up there, they would have gotten someone else up there to do the job and make it right.

they could have got someone from another state besides alabama to be in the booth. to me it just seems bad to have a alabama native in the booth for a alabama game.

i dont believe in the conspiracy
when i actually saw the INT i didnt think it would get overturned with the video evidence they had.
it happens almost weekly in CFB and NFL where calls like that don't get overturned.
the LSU fan in my said it was conclusive and should have been reversed, but the rational football fan in me told myself it was going to stand.
i don't know, maybe thats why i am so accepting with it.

im not sure there is a conspiracy but maybe this old man has some favorites considering bama paid him to speak and he was friends with the bear. he then in turn over looks video evidence that PP did in fact come down with the ball. He has an easy out and the motive to do it.
