Dude is right on the money. Student section at basketball game Saturday=embarrassment.

People need to make up their mind, you either want a live and wild crowd for basketball games or you want a church. You aren't going to get a clean loud crowd anywhere.

We're known for having a daunting atmosphere for visitors. It is what it is. I wish we wouldnt throw stuff at people....but thats what they get for beating us I guess.....

This idea that it has to be church or all things go is ridiculous. The student section would have been great Saturday if it would have refrained from the FU chant and throwing shite at people. Both should have been easy, common sense things to refrain from doing. Especially throwing shite.

If it was unprovoked i could see the flood of tears over throwing things. It probably shouldn't happen but considering TQ got raped on that last play and the celebration OU was having over beating an unranked team they deserved it.
I'll take drunk students cussing and being rowdy vs the island of misfit toys only taking up 2 rows.
Ideally we could have a loud pmac with class but this is the real world so it aint going to happen. Some people are confused since the baseball fans have the ability to cheer for the opposing team and give them victory laps. They think that should apply to all sports.

They throw things at the opposition all the time at football games. It just never hits the field.

Sure we shouldn't throw things at people but the cussing isn't a big deal to me. People need to get over words, they are just words.
OU brought the throwing of things though when they went and taunted the students.

The same people complaining were sitting in the student section chanting "hooooomoooo sexualllll" to the Florida State war chant when Christian Laettner and Duke came to the PMAC.

It is pretty simple, you have a large group of 18-23 year olds together they aren't going to do pc things unless they are mizzou students.

He pretty much blamed it on the Lacoste shirt, boat shoe wearing punks that are on social media all time, forgetting the fact that Christian Laettner was called much worse when he came here in the 90s. Cullotta went a little overboard in my opinion

I feel like you can tell which posters were students that actually added to our home field advantage and which were the kids asking others to sit down by how they post on topics like these.
