Years ago, we had some pretty good bb players; pistol, shaq, rudy, chris jackson and on and on...when they visited opposing arenas, the opposing fans were were just that...but they appreciated good basketball players....we saw an amazing player in Buddy Heild, hell-he beat us by himself....and our fan base could only say F___ U Buddy. National Television had the opportunity to show the class of LSU, and we really showed it.

For Christs sakes, were any of you you people who are bitching and moaning students at LSU? If so, you mean to tell me that you never got drunk and rowdy for a big sporting event?!? If not, im sure you werent invited to many parties...how does it make sense for you to expect sensibility and decency from a group of 18-22 year olds who are amped up on whiskey and addrenaline and cheering on their team. Become a fan of BYU if you have such an issue.

Its not about justifying their behavior, its more about your unrealistic expectations out of a passionate, young fan base. There is an Aggie board you know....

Yes. We have been educated by those in the know that it is impossible to have a rowdy crowd without profanity. Can't be done. It's gutter or church...no middle ground.
