Landry
2012
56 receptions, 573 yards, 5 tds

2013
77 receptions, 1193 yards, 10 tds

OBJ
2012
43 receptions, 713 yards, 2 tds

2013
59 receptions, 1152 yards, 8 tds

Obviously these two will be missed, but they weren't exactly all-stars prior to Cam molding them into polished products. Time for someone else to step up the way they did.

In Cam we trust.

Spears, Diarse, Dural, Peterson, Leslie and Dupree, Quinn, Upchurch. Not concerned.

Yeah, who is throwing them the ball is a bigger concern. I love Jennings moxie but I'm am curious if he will beat out Harris who appears to have a better arm.

Not sure what to make of Jennings
Kid has heart and the Arky game was stuff of legend.

It that Arky d was atrocious. Flip side, the Iowa defense was elite and he didn't lose the game for us in his first career start.

My concern is that he's going to be facing elite defenses week in and week out in this conference with no veteran leaders in e skill positions besides Magee, who only emerged the last few games of the year.

But he's certainly no JJ
I think he'll be solid despite obvious growing pains. And if Harris can beat him out, it'll be because he's the better option, so no worries there either.

Man we have as good wr,s as they have in the country they just have to have a little playing time. Do u keep up with recruiting ? We will miss OBJ & Landry but give these new guy's some time to show what they can do!

I keep up with recruiting enough to know that star rankings are wrong as often as they are right, and that there are usually harsh adjustments to the collegiate level.

Chi and Dupre could be Dwayne Bowe or Terrence Tolliver

I really don't give two shits right now. Baseball season is just starting. I'll give a shite about football after college baseball.

I'm very interested to see what Peterson does. We are absolutely stacked at WR going forward regardless

It's really not that hard to follow both this time of year.

I don't think WR has ever been the issue. It's common knowledge that we didn't have anyone competent under center before ZM.

don't write him off yet. He'll make people forget about JJ and Lee both in no time. He'll get us to a NC game, along with Rettig, same as those two did. I think the Jennings/rettig combo will eventually quickly surpass the accomplishments of the lee/Jefferson combo. but that is just imo

they're both equally as concerning IMO. Dural is our top returning WR with 7 catches. 7. rookie QB with pretty much rookie WR corps. the only somewhat comparable situation is 04, with JR, Bowe, Buster and Early. Skyler was there and he was experienced, but he was never quite healthy after he hurt his ankle vs Oregon St.

I think we'll eventually be a good passing team, but it'll likely take some time and growing pains.

I agree with the OP. We have zero "proven" WRs on this team. We have more potentially good WRs than any team in the country, but who will be our go to guy when it is 3rd and 8 and we desperately need a catch. We don't have any experienced guys. I'm not saying our young WRs will step up, but we definitely don't have any one who played any significant snaps.
