That explains Zach Person taunting after his strikeout.

Zardon.

They actually both did well this weekend. I never had a problem with Hale at 3B, 2B, or 1B. But I think our best defense is with Zardon at 3B and KRob at 2B. Zardon has 1 bad game and then there's a switch. He made some great plays over there.

But this isn't the worst defense. maybe it should be #NoChi@1stPLZ

Hale is the more natural 3B of the two, just has the weaker arm. I'm fine with that though.

I don't think this well ever happen beyond the infrequent spot starts.

Agreed. Like I said, I like Hale just about anywhere in the infield. Even 2B where he had his own bad game and people freaked out.

It has happened a few times to keep him in the batting order.

Like I said, infrequent spot starts, he will never be a full time starter there. Mainieri values defense way too much for that.

I'd be disappointed if my team wasn't trying to pick up on pitcher's tales, catchers signals, etc.

Yeah. I don't know why that would piss someone off. It's expected.

I read that as Nebraska trying to steal Dunn's signs.

Once again, don't care. If you don't want your signals stolen, make em where they can't be picked up.

I draw a line at using cameras, binoculars, or artificial aids.

Same thing. He throws up numbers. All it takes is for someone to write them down along with the pitch and try to spot a pattern, whether it be the first 3 numbers in the sequence or the last 3 or different variations. Usually, there are enough options on the wristband where you don't repeat numbers often enough for it to matter.

Never understood how there can be numerous baseball polls, most of which vary in rankings, but no one could really agree on the BCS system.
