This would be coach Os undoing if he does this. We don't have Fournette and company to make enmsminger look serviceable this time

You stupid overreacting bitch. He meant for the interim position

No they understand context based on the line of questioning and the words Orgeron used.

Guy did a pretty damn good job last season

Esminger doesn't want it, and Orgeron will pretty much be forced to do a search for a high end OC.

If this were true, why didn't Orgeron hire him last year?
Because Ensminger didn't want the job. I guess he could've talked him into it since then, but O did mention last year that Ensminger does not want to be an OC.

I really enjoyed it last year.

Yeah, I'm assuming if Canada accepts a head position (who the hell wants him), Esminger would fill in for the bowl game.

What everyone is going to tell you is that he didn't do shite against a quality opponent, laying an egg against Bama and UF. We'll celebrate games like last night all day long until it comes to validating a candidate.
Welcome to TD.

On Matt Canada: Everybody wants to be a head coach … I have in mind what we want on offense. I’ve been to some good schools with good offenses. If he were to leave, we have Steve Ensminger, who we’d consider

This was with PFF’s highest graded O line, Derrius Guice, Leonard Fournette, Malachi Dupre, Travis Dural, DJ Clark.

LSU would never do such a crazy thing.Never.
Oh wait.....

Does he want it is next question, I'm not sure he does.

Did we suddenly lose an OC between yesterday and today?
Posted on 11/26/17 at 9:55 am to burke985
Screw that if Ensminger is hired.

I have a feeling we have screwed Canada over in all this and he is bailing.
I have said for months the two most reliable canaries in the LSU football mine for the health of the program are Canada and Aranda. If either or both start looking elsewhere, things do not look good for the long term prospects of the program.
Canada leaving will not help recruiting, either, both because of the appearances of instability, uncertainty of who they will play for and b/c Ensminger is not a top line recruiter when there is stability.
