Can we move our attention to Southern Miss?

We get it. Sankey sucks and he made a poor executive decision that is likely ripe with favoritism and bias. Time to move on and let the administrators figure out if the UF game gets played.
Instead, can we start talking about our upcoming game? This board is insufferable right now - almost every thread is saying the exact same thing.

As someone who has watched most of Southern Miss's games this year, I can tell you they are not playing well at all. I'm thinking LSU blows them out Saturday night.

We can, but we don't want to. As fans we can rant on any subject. If we keep the temperature up we might force the SEC to do something. If we move on so will they!

I'd like to see LSU come out and hang 60 on USM.
The one thing Miles did regularly was have teams come out flat in these games, score 10 points in the first half, and string together enough scores in the second half to make sure the game didn't look competitive.
Coach O needs this game to show he has this team ready for anything.

Thank you. The Golden Eagles will be another good test for our DBs - FBS 16th in passing yards (1800+), averaging 40 points a game. They beat Kentucky in Lexington for the opener. Allowing 27 points average on defense. Here's a great opportunity for in game reps to improve our middle/long passing attack. More rest for LF7.

It's frigging Southern Miss. They lost to Troy and UTSA and beat Kentucky by 9.
Remember what our worst defense since 2008 did to Western Kentucky last year? They needed to pass it 61 times to reach 325. WKU was a 12-2 team whose only losses were by 3 @ Indiana and by 28 @ LSU. They beat S. Miss by 17 last year.
