According to the bylaws/regs, the Board has to approve that sort of personnel action. Why leak to the media if there isn't a collective head nod to proceed?

Personally, I don't blame the media nearly as much as I blame those of us desperate for something to cling to that would indicate brighter days ahead. The message boards power the rumor mill. Click, click. Seeing all the smoke, the media rushes to get in front of a story. But know one goes on the record.

Throughout both Miles and the administration stayed quietly on the sidelines. Same with the deep pocketed so-called power brokers. I haven't seen a single named source in any of the many threads I've clicked.

I don't think this is a cluster, although some will paint it that way. It's a natural progression in that time tends to mellow emotions. Be patient for just a few more days and the fog will lift.
